9. In case of refusing of the authorization:

- the Bank transfers to the authorization server ASSIST refusal of carrying out of the payment,
- the authorization server transfers to the Buyer refusal with the description of the reason,
- the authorization server transfers to petersburgtravel.ru refusal with number of the order.
